The following legal institutions will be covered in this Guide: annuity contract for life annuities, maintenance contract / annuity contract for maintenance / annuity contract, donation contract with a duty of care, purchase of bare ownership with reservation of usufruct, purchase of ownership with reservation of the right of abode, and also, life mortgage loan, trust; brief mention will be made of wills.
